Endurance Charger warranty and support
Three-year limited warranty
The Endurance Charger is supplied with a three-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
To make a warranty claim, the product must be returned to Traffic Group Signals with proof of purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction caused by matters including:
- incorrect installation;
- alteration or modification;
- misuse, unreasonable use or neglect;
- excessive moisture or fire;
- incorrect packing;
- lightning, power surges or other acts of nature; or
- repairs attempted by anyone not authorised by Traffic Group Signals.
Traffic Group Signals' maximum liability under the limited warranty will not exceed the product's original purchase price. Refer to the current Endurance Charger User Guide and the applicable terms and conditions for the complete warranty and disclaimer.
If the charger behaves unexpectedly
- Switch off the charger.
- Disconnect all equipment safely.
- Do not attempt to use the system again until it has been inspected by a suitably qualified electrician.
