Understanding the Live Feed
This article explains the purpose of the Live Feed and how it supports your use of TMdesk.
What is the Live Feed?
The Live Feed provides a time-ordered view of important site and asset events. It can include a new site, a change in site condition, movement outside working hours, suspicious battery disconnection and a new position from a stolen asset.
The Live Feed gives users an overview of all the events occurring across their sites
Using the Live Feed
- Open Live Feed from the main navigation.
- Use the filters to refine which events are displayed.
- Select an event card to expand it.
- Use the available button to view the relevant site or asset.

Live Feed versus alerts: A battery condition may generate an alert but is checked on the Batteries screen rather than treated as an Live Feed event.
