Using Evo1 with TMdesk
This article provides an overview of how Evo1 and TMdesk are designed to work together.
Introduction
Connected Evo1 signals can be managed through TMdesk, giving you a simple way to see information about your equipment.
TMdesk can help both depot and operations teams understand what is happening across their fleet.
Check signals on site
When connected signals are deployed, TMdesk can automatically group them into sites.
The Battery Screen shows the battery status of each site.
Sites with the lowest battery levels are shown first, helping you decide which sites need attention.
Find equipment on the map
Select a site card to move to that site on the map.
Zoom in and you can see the individual assets at the site.
Move your mouse over an asset to see information about it, including its battery level.
This can help you find the particular signal that needs attention.
Check what's available at your depot
The Depot Screen shows the signals held at each depot.
You can see:
- How many signals you have
- The types of signal available
- Traffic and pedestrian equipment
- Which signals are charged
- Which signals need charging
This helps you understand what equipment is ready for your next job.
How often should I check TMdesk?
We recommend making TMdesk part of your normal daily routine.
Checking it regularly can help you spot low batteries, plan work and make sure equipment is ready before it is needed.
Remember: TMdesk is there to help you make better decisions about your fleet.
It does not replace normal site checks, safe working procedures or the instructions in the Evo1 product manual.
